The Pybus Flex design rehabilitates an existing CMU block structure to support the existing public market with event space and offices. A two-story, structurally independent addition capitalizes on waterfront views, provides an attractive façade to the riverfront park, frames the south facing patio, and creates a more accessible space. The patio, mezzanine gallery, and small event space open into the double height main event atrium.
